Video Projects

Star Wars Tie Fighter Anime Fan Film

This sound to picture session started out as just a fun weekend project. Soon after it was made public, it became a viral hit, with over 1.6 million views and write ups on major websites such as yahoo.com, ign.com, and aintitcoolnews.com. Created in Pro Tools 10, the sound design includes many of the famous audio assets created by Star Wars sound designer Ben Burt, music from Bioware’s Knights of the Old Republic, and finished with some of my own sound effects and implementation. Special Thanks to the animator, Paul ‘Otaking’ Johnson, for permission to use his great visuals!

Unreal Tournament Sound Replacement

This project utilized the Unreal Tournament 3 map ‘Deck’, which was included with the Unreal Development Kit. The completed project was the implementation of a total redesign of every audio asset involved in a multiplayer match. This includes over 300 separate audio assets, making up several sound cues, dialogue edits, and randomized music track playback.

Looney Toons Audio Re-cut

This 26 second clip involved a complete removal and replacement of all audio assets. The purpose was not just a sound replacement, but to achieve a specific timbre to not only match up with the action on screen, but to compliment the humorous nature of the video.
